Summary/Abstract: In the text of the above titele we intended to point out the significance and the need for a new approach to learning. Considering a fact that we live in the world of perpetual social, economic, scientific and technological changes we are constantly faced with the challenges that require a new approach to learning. Man of 21st century is required to observe these changes and take active participation in society. Thus, the need for lifetime learning becomes necessary and indispensable.
