Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the creation of the multimedia textbooks in terms of the teamwork. It focuses mainly on the improving work efficiency and group cohesion. Author gives the theoretical solutions of the teamwork and applies them to a specific group of the textbook editors. The author assigns the activities characteristic for the editorial team to the defined roles. One part of the article deals with the important roles of team manager and team leader. Author also highlights the popularity of the virutal teams and their specifics.
