Analysis of satisfaction level of the graduates of Faculty of Management at Rzeszów University of Technology

Summary/Abstract: An important element of the Internal Education Quality Assurance System is to assess the quality of the education process carried out by graduates leaving Rzeszów University of Technology. The subject of this paper is to present the results of the research on the satisfaction level of the graduates who completed their studies in a given academic year at Faculty of Management at Rzeszów University of Technology. The research shows that the strengths of the conducted education process at Faculty of Management, among others, are the well prepared teaching staff, personal traits, and good studies curriculum. Changes that should be implemented in the opinion of the respondents to enhance the chances of getting a job by the graduates of Faculty of Management include: the necessity to increase the amount of practical courses in the curriculum, as well as the increase of the number of student internships related to their course, which should be directed and organised by the university itself.
