Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the requirements and guidelines for legal documents and standards, and management approach, which implies the need for process management in a public organization. An attempt was made to demonstrate that the implementation of process management helps improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public organizations as well as it helps to improve this activity.
