Summary/Abstract: Under the conditions of constant change, young people have to assume responsibility for their future, be flexible and creative. Entrepreneurship education is one of the most important conditions for the development of the country’s economy, for guaranteeing and advancing the well-being of all people. Teachers who work at simulation business enterprises face a complicated task: to develop entrepreneurial skills and prepare a young person for work and life under the conditions of global economy. To fulfil this task teachers have to develop such competencies as communication, critical thinking, problem solving, team-building and decision making. Furthermore, teachers themselves have to possess appropriate professional competencies that enable them to learn throughout all their life, apply reflective practice for the development of their activity and seek for better teaching and learning outcomes. The article presents a research which analyses teacher intentions to apply learning process organization models in simulation business enterprises. A model of entrepreneurial self/education is presented, based on action learning, experiential learning and cooperative learning concepts.
