Summary/Abstract: The forced execution of common law, as a result of the new provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 138/2000, shall be exposed as a complex and mixed activity, within which there must be made a distinction between the jurisdictional side, represented by the activity of the court of enforcement and the administrative side, consisting in the enforcement activity carried on by the judicial bailiff.
