WAYS OF DETECTING THE EXISTENCE OF CRIMINAL ACTS OF ECONOMIC CRIME

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the main ways of detecting the existence of the crime offence of economic crimes. Basis for initiating a criminal crime investigations events are reflected in the acquisition of knowledge (indications, reasonable suspicion) on preparing crime or knowledge of the offense committed and/or its perpetrator. Consequently in the paper analyzes the main ways of learning about the existence of crime in economic crime, taking into account the specific characteristics of this form of criminal expression. Particular attention is given to the so-called by the findings of collaborative networks, emphasizing the importance of this kind of knowledge for effective prevention and combating economic crime.
