Summary/Abstract: The authors analyze and discuss the criminal offence of tax evasion in accordance with legal regulations of the criminal legislation of the Republic of Serbia, pointing to a basic form of execution of this crime. At the end of the work, special attention is given to providing basic guidelines for the promotion of activities in the field of combating this form of criminal expression.
