Summary/Abstract: This work deals with the possibilities of the journalistic paradigm transformation from the monologue dissemination model (delivering information, formed by reigning structures) to a model of polylogic transfer of processes themselves, consistently as information appears and develops, being a condition for a more successful work and better human life.<BR>Analysis is performed as a critics oftwo up-to-now models (totalitarian and liberalistic aspect of journalism and social development).<BR>In positive explication of the new, regulative model, there are considered abilities of forming new relationships between politics and journalism, inside journalism itself (modification about branches) and, finally, at a level of a personnel transformation of the journalistic profession itself, which becomes moderate and regulative public communication of all the citizen, being in the environment of the “third alphabet” and electronic democracy, dealing with everything, fully, argumented and personally responsible.<BR>As the consequence of the epochal changes, there is an idea of qualitative democracy in politics. In journalism, there is an investigative journalism. It means, in the new environment, journalism is considered the consequence, but also polylogue a cause in forming of new, qualitative democracy, because qualitative democracy forms polylogic and investigative journalism. It further develops qualitative democracy.
