Editorial - The Romanians' Constitutions

Summary/Abstract: Starting with the first Romanian Constitution – Cuza Status from 1864 going through to the Romanian Constitution in 1991, the article is focused on the evolution, context and problematic concerning the fundamental law in Romania. Theoretically it reflects the European juridical evolution even that the law was more invocated than respected under the dictatorial regimes (between 1938 and 1989).
