Summary/Abstract: The article presents various possibilities of using the ratio analysis in managing net working capital. To be more specific, the first part depicts the thorough analysis of the net working capital that is known in literature. The second part is devoted to the nine financial ratios that are used in describing the net working capital in relation to such dimensions like: sales income, assets, current assets or liabilities with the usage of the ratios in question, the analysis of the net working management in the Salt - Mine (in the years: 1996-1999) has been presented.
