Summary/Abstract: Taking into account G.F. Shershenevich’s views, the authors consider the property right as an absolute real right. They prove the need of research of this right in a wider projection as an absolute, not real property right, where the exclusive (property) rights for results of intellectual activity, and also the absolute non-property rights are allocated.
