Summary/Abstract: Massive registration of Albanians for dislodging from their land in order to settle them in Turkey and other places was a consequence of permanent Serbian genocide, applied towards Albanians from Kosovo and other regions, occupied during 1912. The main objective of this act was denationalization of these territories from its autochthon Albanian element and its serbisation through mass expulsion of Albanians, as farther as possible, from their native land. After the Second World War the organized state pressure for realization of Yugoslav-Turkish Convention from 1938 continued but now renewed by now so-called “Gentleman’s agreement” of 1953, for expulsion of Albanians to Turkey. In order to achieve this goal, massive persecutions and violence through constant political socio-economic, cultural and spiritual pressure continued. The registration for migration was directed through propaganda organized by the state elements led by so-called UDB (Internal State Security) with its people that described the life in Turkey as “Heaven for Muslims”. Through efforts of propagandists and agitators it was achieved to increase the climate of insecurity throughout the Albanian population and give a general character to their displacement. The time of massive registration (1953 – 1954) for migration, was a dangerous period and a period of distress organized in a perfidious manner by the Yugoslav state and party bodies and spread from family to family, from village to village. Primarily it included regions in Macedonia, then expanding to Kosova where initially started in southeastern part, as closer region, and where was achieved the highest rate of registration, in the Nerodime District (Ferizaj) with 2,580, then in Gjilani District 1,772 families, in Kaçanik around 75% families were registered.
