Summary/Abstract: In November 2004, the government adopted a Polish Strategy towards Non-European Developing Countries, the first comprehensive document laying down foundations for further co-operation with non-European countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America in a significant albeit difficult and demanding area of foreign policy.
