Summary/Abstract: In her publication, Věra Malík Holasová set the basic aim in the form of clarifying the issue of quality in combination with social work and social services. The basic terminology, methods and procedures of quality control which are typical for traditional market area and social work are explained in nine chapters. The main focus is put on the final criticism of the importance of quality in social work.
