Summary/Abstract: The article refers to the current issues of the European and EU patent, in particular the Unified Patent Litigation System. In the field of patent litigation an experiment of formulating an interesting organizational and procedural system can be seen. The European Union wishes to create an independent, supranational court forum and procedural regime for the disputes related to European and EU patent. The authors present some special aspects of this envisaged Unified Patent Litigation System.
