Summary/Abstract: The article refers to the enforcement of judgments in trade mark infringement proceedings in cross-border cases. The authors present the special multi-level rules related to the enforcement of judgments in cross-border community trade mark infringement cases in the European Union. Although a Community trade mark provides protection in all Member States of the Europen Union, assertion of rights involving several Member States is rare. That shows the cross-border enforcement of judgments in Community trade mark infringement proceedings is an area to which both legislation and legal practice should pay significant attention in the future.
