Summary/Abstract: Our society underwent many social-economic changes in the past years – changes in ownership relations, working and family environment, as well as changes in the system of social values. Currently a lot of technically-oriented universities are fighting to outflow of student's faces and with barrier disinterest of studying concern in technical field.
