Summary/Abstract: The article presents in short the life of Justin Martyr, with a special focus on the elements that led to his conversion from paganism to Christianity. His switches from one philosophical belief to another are thus emphasized only to remark the last teaching he found—the Christian teaching—a teaching of the truth that is transposed in action and in life. In the context of the great spiritual confusion we witness today, Justin Martyr is advanced as a sincere and unwearied searcher of Truth, one who is unsatisfi ed with exterior shapes or various spiritual succedanea and keeps on searching until he fi nds the truth in its entirety; and when he does, he fully devotes to it, sealing his devotion with his own death.
