Summary/Abstract: Hungarian – Romanian Bilingualism. The paper presents the results of an empirical research about bilingualism. We have studied four groups: Romanian native speakers (Romanian test), Hungarian native speakers studying in Hungarian (Romanian test), Hungarian native speakers studying in Romanian (Romanian test), and bilingual Hungarian native speakers studying in Hungarian (Hungarian test). Our conclusions are unexpected, even though the test was the same in both languages; all these groups’ results are significantly different from each other.
