Summary/Abstract: Ryszard Nycz’s book "Poetyka doświadczenia" ("The Poetics of Experience") is an interesting attempt to bring to life a new theoretical approach which deals with the merging of individual experience closed in text with reading practices sensitive to the experience in question. The book includes both theoretical formulations of the problem as well as interesting readings of selected literary texts.
