Summary/Abstract: The article presents different approach to defining the concept of CSR. The two model approaches of CSR (by Carroll and Walton) are also presented. A kind of new element in the theoretical aspects of CSR is an author’s CSR model, where by the two criteria − the scope and measurability of social responsibility− different approaches of CSR implementation in practice are shown.
