Summary/Abstract: The model of permanent pollution of the waters of the Novosibirsk hydroelectric power by lead compounds is reproduced and the role of free radical mechanism in tissue injury of the central nervous system and organs of detoxification of sturgeon poisoning with thiol xenobiotics is established. Morphological analysis of brain damage, liver and kidney of Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) by lead acetate is carried out. It is established that use of an antioxidant of "Tiofan" provides neuro-, hepato- and nephroprotective effects and can be used as cure of nonspecific protection of an organism of fishes for their poisoning with compounds of lead. The results are discussed from the perspective of the development of new methods of management of processes of detoxification in the organism of fish poisoning with compounds of lead to solve the problems of preservation and reproduction of aquatic biological resources.
