Summary/Abstract: Paper presents some aspects regarding career management and career self management, the specific activities of career selection, orientation, development, education and management of career in the circumstance of the Knowledge Society. Research carried out in 85 business organization in Iasi County confirms outcome that knowledge and operationalization of adaptable career in informational society of knowledge do not fundamentally differ from national realities synthesized through this step.
