Summary/Abstract: Regarding the new conditions of information society and knowledge we assist in the production of substantive changes in the careers of employees, mainly given by produced changes in the nature of work, whose content is given by creative thinking, knowledge and intelligence. Products are of an intangible nature - information and knowledge. Globalizing labor market and employment policy will be the power project and no intellectual life, and so the employer-employee relations will be based on cooperation and less on subordination; new forms of work increasingly make their way - tele-working and tele-activities - with great influence on information and telecommunications liberalization.
