Summary/Abstract: Among the fundamental principles of law we can include responsibility. Although the concept has claimed moral law, science took over the creative features of this concept, adapting it to the specific object of this research. International responsibility is not defined in international legal documents but the literature provides several views on international respnsiblity, such as being the "institution of public international law under which the State or another subject of international law, which performs internationally wrongful act, is liable to the rule violated by the facts or to all countries where international crimes".
