Discrimination on religious grounds in employment and work in the context of article 194 polish Penal Code of 1997

Summary/Abstract: The article applies to criminal liability arising from religious discrimination in employment. In article was presented the types of discrimination and the circumstances in which differentiation of the rights of people on religious grounds does not mean discrimination. In the next part of article were presented the regulations of the criminal law on religious discrimination in the period 1918–1997. Then was analyzed the crime of article 194 polish Criminal Code of 1997 and the problems resulting from the collision of labor law and criminal law in this area.
