REFORM OF UPBRINGING AND EDUCATION

Summary/Abstract: The changes in the upbringing and education are a necessity. They are conditioned by numerous factors- internal and external anes. Educational reform is a very complex social, professional and practical problem. Teachers are direct implementers of reform intentions and provisions so their (creative) participation in the preparation of these is indispensable. One cannot expect an imposed reform to have a success. Reforms have methodology of their own. What they need is: a good preparation, identification of aims (shortterm and long-term ones) adequate infrastructure, creation of material and other conditions. The publicity should also be kept informed about the whole course of that process, and the interested individuals allowed to have a say through discussions, round tables, dialogues, etc.
