Summary/Abstract: Among the laws of the 1848/49 revolution, which was affecting a church, was the abolition of the tenth, this caused serious material problem everywhere. The government was obliged to insure the promised amends, but did not try to remedy the isolated problems on the other hand. This deficiency of law harmonisation was the consequence of the Székely land priesthood's material difficulties that increased.
