Summary/Abstract: The article presents a gender analysis of political ideas of K. P. Pobedonostsev. The author identifies principles of isonomy of family and political order based on androcentrism and patriarchy. The role of the Orthodox worldview in the understanding of women's roles which Pobedonostsev related solely to the private sphere is revealed
