Summary/Abstract: Heavily felt the effects of globalization nowadays, drastic changes in various areas have occurred all over the world. Organizations that can adapt to this highly competitive environment have to be innovative, competitive, creative and interchanging in order to achieve success. Unplanned use of the earth's resources in the last century has caused serious problems in many areas today and has led to the understanding that the earth's resources are not infinite. This fact, together with the understanding of the efficient use of resources, is seen as a major problem. Lack of resources, as well as the diversification of human needs and the emergence of new demands in people's basic needs important issues of the quality of the acquisition phase. Quality management is defined as a management system that meets or exceeds the expectations of customers to improve the process of institutional and corporate employees, values, and principles.
