Summary/Abstract: This issue comprises discoveries from historical Romanian provinces: Walachia and Dobrudja. Into early-medieval settlement and cemeteries, a small number of jewels were found comparatively to the great number of archaeological excavations, but these objects are very diversely. Mostly was made of bronze, but other made of copper, silver, gilded silver, gold. The important categories are: hair pin, bracelets, ear rings, little bells, necklaces, medallions, rings, beads, buckle and buttons. Every category has a many variants. A part of these had imported but others has been making in local workshops. The jewels are proving commercial links and a cultural influence from Byzantine, central-European or east-European world.
