Summary/Abstract: The authors present a series of dice and counters from the early and late Roman period discovered in ancient sites in northern Dobrudja. By analyzing the game pieces found in Dobrudja, we can notice the great similarities with other geographical areas, as well as the conservatism of the pieces used for games in antiquity, originated in their ancestral tradition.
