Summary/Abstract: The teacher’s role as a manager of the didactic activity is one of dirrect intervention both on those he is about to train and on the strategies to be used, so that the whole didactic process will represent a person centered approach. The learning group is, mainly, an eterogenous ensamble, and the teacher uses a varity of didactic approaches that have to be addapted to the mental and affective differences between students.
