Summary/Abstract: In this article a very extensive part of temporal vocabulary describing the 5 semasiological fields – year, seasons of the year: spring, summer, autumn, winter, and the lexems connected with the names of the months in the literal Belorussian language and the dialects around Grodno. It must be ascertained that both the lexems of Belorussian literal language and dialects of around Grodno are typically and cultural strong based. They are based on locatives (*godъ, *rokъ, *pora, *vermę, *vesna, *lěto, *osenь, *zima, *mesęcь). The clear precision and accuracy must be closely seen in literary language whereas in presented above lexems, it is observed a great number variety of described derivations. A significant feature of the mentioned above group is a scarcity and standard Belorussian language. Undoubtedly the peculiarity of the vocabulary analysed above is the fact of the searching the origin of the most of them in common heritage of Slavs.
