The Value of Education in Romania

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the status of the educational system in Romania. Beyond the differences related to social class and the private institutions imposed by the free market, the Romanian system has specific differences, due to the transition from communist regime to the market economy. All these being given, we can say that the most important policy nowadays has to aim at a judicial use of resources, through creativity and inventiveness, in order to create changing agents.
