Summary/Abstract: With the advent of the term “global warming” in the language of politicians, and hence the journalists came and the problems with the interpretation of the scientist’s observations and conclusions concerning the development and the instability of the climate. The differences in the language interpretations and the opposition on the climate’s problems largely determine the failure of the International Conference of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Copenhagen, which took place in December 2009.
