Summary/Abstract: Study resolves the public employment services operation in the field of job mediation, information and counselling services, proffesional counsultancy within new legal and institutional environment. The study implies brief description of public employment services applying proceedings and procedures. The notable part of study deals with client´s perception of public employment services.
