Summary/Abstract: The survival of any society depends on its capacity to adjust to the social and economic environment it belongs to. All state organizations exist through and for the people. The logical consequence of these statements is that organizations must follow the current trends on world’s labor market and take adequate measures to have a proper development in this respect.
