Summary/Abstract: The blast injury incidences have raised during the last years of XX centuries. This is related of industrial expansion, expansion use of blast weapons and terrorism. The program have been design with purpose to decrease morbidity and disability from ear blast injury and the principles of the system national politic for treatment and rehabilitation of victims. The auditory blast injury is the most frequently pathology in blast incidences. The early identification ob ear blast injury leads to favorable outcome for victims. The blast induced hearing loss can turn in permanent and to lead to serious disability of the person. The designation of programs for prophylactic, treatment and rehabilitation of peoples with hearing loss due to blast injury, can assist social reintegration of survivors and improve theirs quality of life.
