Summary/Abstract: The article describes and explains well designed management model of organizational processes in cyberspace enterprises (COP). It makes the identification and characterization of business processes in cyberspace. Using a cybernetic model of control and regulation, it identifies the main barriers to growth and development of organizational space that uses computer networks to manage information and knowledge flows in the COP.
