Problems of knowledgein the context of organization(from epistemological and semantic perspective)

Summary/Abstract: The article presents preliminary results of the research of literature from the point of view of knowledge in an organization. The author diagnoses the scientific scope of such notions as: sign, data, information, knowledge, wisdom, truth, management knowledge and further he identifies and systematizes among them reports from the point of view of knowledge management in an organization. The work is summarized by the qualitative analysis of the research findings.
