Socio-psychological mechanismsof shaping organizational reality

Summary/Abstract: Human cognition is conditioned not only by social existence but also by the whole culture which is understood as a set of all forms of social awareness. Learning, popular knowledge and different cognitive patterns determine and select consciousness content. People, being subject to specific psychological mechanisms, determine quality and complexity of social relations and every day create from the beginning social reality. Knowledge about the ways people call the world and give new meaning to it as well as how they define the sense of their own activity are important and let better understand the phenomenon of organizational life and a special role of human as a creator of organizational culture.
