Summary/Abstract: The evaluation seeks to examine the activity of office for strategies, programs and projects in social assistance and child protection, analysis of working procedures, tools used by the office team, and to identify needs for service development, staff needs and how their activities are connected to the case management technique used byDGASPC Bacau. Based on statistical data and the qualitative methods of data collection, It aims to improve the activity, develop a monthly reporting system activity and results of each employee of the department, to improve the ways in which strategies are developed at county level, guideline for obtain funding to develop new innovative projects, development of practice internal and external evaluations, Intake service development, restructuring of services DGASPC focused on efficiency in implementing case management.
