Summary/Abstract: The task of each successful management is to design and create an organization which simultaneously supports the strategy of a company, functions according to the demands of the environment and can be implemented by the people who work with management. In order for the companies to be able to overcome the growingcomplexity and changes in the competitive market they have to identify challenges when setting organizations “without boundaries“. This paper shall analyze three types of organizations without boundaries: organization without barriers, the modulat type and the virtual type of organization. This paper shall point to the benefits anf shortcomings of each type of organization without boundaries, and suggest some procedures and techniques necessary when setting these organization based on practical experience.
