Summary/Abstract: The paper will deal with the need to introduce a modern vision of the organization, modern management, in order to create conditions for overcoming the crisis. The introduction deals with the origins of the global crisis, where it was caused and what caused crisis, how does the global crisis impact on our economy and the development of the region and country. We're talking about the need to introduce modern management as the main driving forces that will as such be the holder of the economy in the difficult road to recovery. We're talking about the steps that are most needed and necessary to implement as soon as possible.
