Ambiguous impact of the environment on the enterprise’s learning capability

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is the discussion of the organizational environment influence on the enterprise’s learning capability. The results of empirical studies were quoted indicating little influence of the environment uncertainty on the enterprise’s learning capability. Based on literature research the empirical results were analyzed and interpreted. Directions of further research on the relation between the environment and the enterprise’s learning capability were suggested.
