Boundaries of organization and organization’s immunity to crisis

Summary/Abstract: The article, basing on a system approach to define the nature of organization essence, determines the concept of organization’s immunity. The components of the organization’s immune system have been pointed. They are the boundaries of organizations as well as non-specific (innate) and specific immunity of organization. The essence and multi-dimensional nature of the organization’s boundaries have been presented. The bidirectional relationship between the organization’s immunity and the concept of organizational boundaries have been pointed.
