Summary/Abstract: The article emphasizes the possibility of organization’s sustainable development in the strategic scorecard. The main principles of sustainable development idea, both in general and in relation to the organization is characterized. The general principles of organization’s sustainable development due to strategic scorecard are explained and this balancing process is described. The main benefits to the organization of balancing its development are pointed.
