Summary/Abstract: Recent scholar debates have raised two opposing opinions regarding the use of intervention within enforcement proceedings by seizure. The following details the affirmative thesis, starting from the provisions of the civil procedure Code, followed by presenting the main counterarguments of the negative thesis, for every argument brought, in hope of arriving to the optimum solutions for the use of practitioners involved in enforcement proceedings.
